Terms and conditions
BOOKING CONFIRMATION In order to hold your booking you must provide us with a valid credit card details. Your credit card WILL NOT be charge but the total amount of your booking will be preauthorised at the time of placing the booking and will be released upon your arrival or cancelation of the booking. The remaining balance has to be paid upon arrival IN CASH ONLY.
CHECK-IN CHECK-OUT Check-in takes place in the office of Prime Rentals at 38 Antim I Street where you will be given instructions on how to reach you apartment (which is at a different address). Please, have in mind that the remainder of your balance have to be paid upon arrival. Standard check-in time from: 14:00 (2:00 PM). Check-out by: 11:00 (11:00 AM). Please be aware that if your arrival or departure is before 09:00 (09:00 AM) or after 20:00 (8:00 PM) a fee of €15.00 will be incurred. Remember, you must let us know if your arrival is out of the office working hours. It is unlikely that we will be waiting for you if you do not call beforehand. If you'd like to check-in before the standard time, please contact us at least 24 hours before arrival to see if this is possible.
TRANSFER FROM/TO THE AIRPORT If you require an airport transfer this can be arranged for a fee of €15.00
DEPOSIT A damage deposit may be required during holiday periods. It covers the cost of any damages caused to the apartment and furniture during your stay, except for a normal wear. The damage deposit is refunded at your departure, after we have inspected the apartment.
CANCELLATION POLICY If cancelled up to 7 days prior to arrival, the booking deposit will be charged.
If cancelled within 7 days of the arrival date or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Cancellations or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent.
ARRIVAL PROCEDURE Upon the hour and day of your arrival, you should come to our office at 40 Antim I Street to check in and pay the remaining balance. Here you will be given further instructions. SMOKING All our units are non-smoking.
PETS Pets are permitted in rental units only with prior approval. All pets must be leashed at all times. Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up any/all pet refuse. Pets are not allowed on furniture at any time. Any evidence of pets on furniture may incur extra cleaning fees.
BEHAVIOR The Tenants shall behave in a civilized manner and shall be good neighbours respecting the rights of the surrounding property owners. The Tenants shall not create noise or disturbances likely to disturb or annoy the surrounding property owners. Quiet hours are from 2 PM to 4 PM and from 10 PM to 8 AM therefore noise should be kept to a minimum. Noncompliance with the above shall be grounds for immediate termination of this agreement and Tenants shall then immediately vacate the premises. Thereby forfeiting the right to any compensation by the client.
DAMAGES The Tenants shall pay for any damage done to the premises over and above normal wear and tear. The tenants understand and agree that additional charges will be made to their credit card to cover any damage done to the property whether accidental or intentional.
MINIMUM STAY The property requires a one (1) night minimum stay. Longer minimum stays may be required during holiday periods. If a rental is taken for shorter period than the minimum stay, the guest will be charged the rate for the minimum stay.
INCLUSIVE FEES Rates include a one-time linen & towel setup. Amenity fees are included in the rental rate.
CLEANING While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. However, it is available at an additional rate. The accommodation is cleaned prior to your arrival. The accommodation should be left in a reasonable condition. The owner is entitled to charge additional fees if the accommodation is not left as such.
AMENDMENTS In the rare case that an apartment that you booked becomes unavailable, due to damage from a water leak for example or anything else that can happen to an apartment, we will try to find a similar apartment for you or even give you an upgrade. If you don't like any of the alternatives we will immediately refund the full prepaid payment.
OUTAGES We occasionally experience outages that are beyond our control. We report outages as each occurs. No refunds or compensation will be given for any outages.
CABLE TV Cable TV is provided and service level has been chosen by the Landlord. No refund of rents shall be given for outages, content, lack of content or personal preferences with regard to cable TV service.
INTERNET High speed wireless internet is provided as a convenience only and is not integral to the agreement. No refund of rents shall be given for outages, content, lack of content, speed, access problems, lack of knowledge of use, or personal preferences with regard to internet service.
WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance.
SUBLET The Tenants shall not sublet the property.
LEGAL FEES Tenants agree to pay all reasonable costs, attorney's fees and expenses that shall be made or incurred by Landlord enforcing this agreement.
FORGOTTEN ITEMS Valuable items left behind by tenant will be held for the tenant and every reasonable effort will be made to contact the tenant for return. If items are not claimed for longer than 6 months they shall become the property of the Landlord. The Landlord shall not be held liable for the condition of mentioned items.
HAZARDOUS MATERIALS Tenant agrees that Fireworks and other hazardous materials shall not be used in or around the property
CHECK OUT PROCEDURES Tenant agrees to do the following prior to departure:
Run dishwasher (if any) and clean any dirty dishes
Throw away any food items that might spoil
Empty the kitchen waste basket
Close all windows
Turn off heating and/or A/C
ILLEGAL USE Tenant shall use the property for legal purposes only and other use, such as but not limited to, illegal drug use, abuse of any person, harbouring fugitives, etc.; shall cause termination of this agreement with no refund of rents or deposits.
